Welcome to Happily Lisa, the next part of my journey through life!

For the past 30 years, I’ve been in front of the camera as a newscaster.  It was a dream come true job for me.  And during the past 17 years in Los Angeles I especially loved getting to know the viewers and engaging with them as they watched me get married and start a family (twins!!!).

When my career as a newscaster ended in early 2017 I took time for myself, my family and really thought about what I wanted next and how I could still connect with my viewers and make some new friends in the process.  I realized my passion was still bringing the goodness of life to my viewers…(trust me as a newscaster there were way too many bad stories in life)

That has brought me to my next chapter: Happily Lisa! Follow along as we bring all things ‘lifestyle’ into your home. From workout and beauty tips, to fashion and inspiration…not to mention my family’s favorite meals and latest restaurants. Here you will find the perfect balance of glitz, glamour and grunge. Plus we’ll explore cool travel spots together.

I can’t wait to embark on this next phase with you, as we all try to balance being moms, wives, and girlfriends, while still making time for ourselves and our ever changing hormones (oh yes that’s happening).

While things may look perfect on this website, don’t think I won’t show the imperfections, because honestly that’s the good stuff!  A dear friend (Steve Edwards for all you Southern California viewers) always said that when I was good on the air I was good, but when I messed up and made mistakes I was great!

Ultimately, happiness in life comes down to you and the choices you make, and I look forward to walking through this next journey of life with you!
