Special Pancakes

We call these special pancakes, a cross between a crepe and a pancake. You can fill them with whatever you would prefer. We typically add either maple syrup or powdered sugar, and sometimes if I am lucky I get some fresh fruit in there. My daughter likes hers crispy like the ones in the video, while my son does not…whichever way you choose, hope you love them as much as we do.

  • Pour ¼ cup batter into a heated (medium high) crepe pan (I use just a small non- stick pan) that has been coated with butter.
