rinsed and spun dry

Creamy Shallot Vinaigrette

Instructions
Salad:
Layer all of the ingredients starting with the Frisée on a flat platter and then layer in all of the rest of the items.
Dressing:
In a bowl add Dijon mustard using a whisk drizzle olive oil slowly to emulsify.
Add shallots, the rest of the ingredients, and whisk together well to form a smooth and creamy dressing
Use a tablespoon to drizzle the dressing over the salad. And enjoy!
