Curry is one of those flavors you either love or hate…growing up we loved it in my family, the hotter the better.
A few year ago my younger sister sent me this recipe for Curry Beef Pita Pockets and it quickly became one of my favorites. I can occasionally even get my picky teenagers to eat it again (they used to love it!)
I love that for kids you can make it as mild or spicy as you like plus you get to sneak some veggies in there so it’s a win win right?

Make sure you buy the pita’s that are “pockets” and I like to use wheat ones, but plain are just as good.
