I love this quote from my friend Diane Altomare’s book “Clarity”.
Over the years she has reminded me that I just needed to trust myself. That I needed to trust the part of me that already knew what I wanted, who I was, and who I was truly meant to be.
It’s also a good reminder that comparing your path or journey to someone else’s is never a good thing. I like to look to others for inspiration but know I will get to where I am going on my own sweet time.
It’s kinda like when my mom used to tell me as I was growing up that I was going to be a late bloomer in life (I of course took that to mean I’d be able to wear a training bra backwards and no one would be able to tell the difference).
I love these picture from San Francisco, just me, following my own path, and for those of you that know me, I did trip 🙂 once a klutz, always a klutz.
